What is Stress Map?

Stress Map is a global research project that visualizes stress levels across 100+ countries and US states. Using aggregated anonymous scores from Stress Monitor for Watch, we create the world's most comprehensive real-time stress heatmap.

Our mission: make mental health data accessible to researchers, clinics, and universities worldwide — completely free.

What Data Powers the Map?

Stress Monitor for Watch calculates your Body Feedback Score (1-99) privately on your device. Only this single anonymous number and your selected country/state are shared.

No personal data. No identifiers. No tracking.
